empty nest feeling already!

Yesterday was Dakotas first day of preschool! it startes at 8:00 and goes until 10!
well the day before (tue) i get a call from Sicelys school (thinking what happened now!) but it was her principle saying they hired a new teacher because there were so many kindergardeners this year and they wanted to put sicely in her class... but her time would change from 11:35 to 8:00 am. so my first reaction was ahhhhhhh! why didnt you guys do this before school started, shes already use to her teacher, i already walked her to her class all last week unloading 2 kids so she could get use to where it was and how to get there where i could drop her off and she was doing sooo well. then i took a deep breath and thought that things happen for a reason and it will work out. so I told sicely very excited that she has a new teacher and all that stuff and i went to pick her up yesterday and her teacher said she had a rough day and sicely started to cry and it broke my heart but she did good and went this morning with no trouble at all!!!! i really do like her teacher a lot, she meets the kids at the door and welcomes them and knows their names already! the other teacher didnt do that at all. so i think this will be a good thing. the only thing is it is so early i've been getting up a 5:00 so i can excersize get ready and get 3 other kids ready by 7:45 and sicely loves to sleep in! oh well shell have to get use to it! Dakota did great at school yesterday, she loves it, she went to this same preschool last year so she felt ready and comfortable! i on the other hand felt so lonely with landen down for a nap and both girls at school. the house was too quiet! today i kept landen up (big mistake! he is grumpy and tired but it is too late to put in down now) thankgood ness dakota only has school 2 days a week! my kids are getting so big and grown up! i love it but at the same time it scares me that i wont have any kids at home in a couple of years.... i love being a mom, it is my main purpose and it's all i've ever wanted to do! i am so blessed and so lucky!
