girls night out

in June we celebrated our friend Brittneys birthday. Sayre and I took her out for dinner to her favorite resturant. We stayed forever and talked. After we definetly did not want to end the night so we got Mcdonalds ice cream and went to the park. now this might sound very immature and silly. but we were feeling like kids that night. our park has a stricked rule that you have to be out by like 9 or 10pm. so we parked in the church parking lot and walked to the park... it was really dark that night. so we were eating our icecream and swinging and talking and laughing...laughing so hard i fell off the swing. so then we see someone coming with a flashlight...our first thought-a cop- so we take off running. and hid. it turned out to be some guy looking for something he lost...but we had fun with it.

We went back to the car and had brittney open her presents.

the story with this is i had gotten her a grow it your self flower pot thing that you hang... she had said she loves flower pots and wishes she had more...so i got her that...sayre calls me and asks for some ideas so i told her what i got and she said i think i'll get her one too. that way she will have two of them.

So brittney opens one and loves it and she starts to open the second and i start laughing soo hard. and i cant stop. (i was thinking how she was going to react when she sees the same gift.) anyways i think things are funny when they arent-im a little crazy like that.

She loved them both. we all had a great night. cant wait to do it agian!
